(speaking of scripture) ... none of this
makes any difference unless it enters in you. All this is just marks on paper
bound together in leather, has no intrinsic value unless you become them. The
blessing and the essential purpose of life is to be changed to become more like
the Lord and perform the full measure of your divine potential.
Hello family.
this week went well.
GUILLERMO GOT BAPTIZED!
he is the one in the jump suit.
Hno Guererro is our Mission Leader and
he baptized Guillermo!
it was really great!
He is just so great! and his
confirmation yesterday went good as well! so he is doing well! like always! he
really is such an example for me. Whenever something came in the way trying to
prevent him from being baptized, he always says "adelante no mas" and
he stuck to it because he knows everything is true! HE IS SO GREAT!
the Elders also baptized a Father and
son! so we are really picking the ward up little by little!
This week was good, that quote I found
at the beginning, I just really liked it and wanted to share it!
Everything is going well here, we are
looking for people to baptize! and we are finding some that are looking
promising! We found a little old lady Pascuala, who is has high as my rib
cage...haha but shes nice. we found a mother and daughter who are also looking
promising so we are going to be doing work!
Everything is going well down south! I
love you all and I hope you have a good week and know that I love you!!
also something that you can read, is the
talk from this conference "The Prophet Joseph Smith" it was awesome.
and that will help you when you read "The Witness" also from this
conference! its a good combination.
I love you all and I hope you have a
good week!
love Hermana Winters
